The world of Eve Online is comprised of a number of players and NPCs hailing from different races. Each race within the game has a differing culture that shapes their motivations and ambitions when traveling the stars. Each of the four main races are further broken down by Bloodlines that add additional depth and complexity to each character.
Fundamentally there is no difference game-wise between the races. A Caldari is just as capable as a Minmatar when it comes to space combat and Amarr’s are just as capable traders as Gallente. The only difference exists in aesthetics and background lore. Here are the differing playable races ranked by how interesting their role within the lore is.
